Donations are applied to support our team's travel expenses, nutritional needs, meet expenses, and apparal. Additionally, we are looking for ways to fund and budget for travel and meets at special events or venues that will prepare our teams for the national championships.
Why are donations necessary?
Winona State provides a quality distance program for the athletes to grow as young people and to compete at a high level in the NCAA D2. However, we are still working through the impact of Covid-19 and our decreasing budgets. As a coach I try very hard to prepare the teams for competition and I want to make sure that we have what we need to succeed in the future. We need your help providing financial support to drive our Cross-Country teams to new heights and provide a great Division 2 student-athlete experience.
