Description
We are Winona State Gymnastics. Our team is made up of 23 gymnasts who chose Winona State University to further their academic and athletic careers. Over the last three years, we have been continuing to build on the legacy that was created before us by training our student-athletes to be successful in the gym and in the classroom. In 2022 and 2023, we clamed five All-American titles (Kennedy O’Connor, Kate West, Bryce Stoltz x 2, and Breanna Ho) and celebrated Kennedy O’Connor as she became a National Champion on the Vault. During our 2024 season, our current team broke into the Winona State University all-time record book a total of 11 times. We qualified five individuals to the NCGA National Championships and came back with three All-American titles (Bryce x 2 and Taryn) with Bryce taking top honors on the beam earning her title of National Champion. Not only does our team work hard in the gym, but their efforts expand into their academics and community involvement. Our team notched a cumulative GPA of 3.71, with 12 of our student-athletes receiving 4.0s in their fall semester. We are excited to welcome five new freshman into our program this coming year to continuing raising the bar for Winona State Gymnastics.
